Jared Suitor is an artist that fuses many musical styles in order to create his own. Having many musical influences has brought him to a style that is, not only, vocally-based, but also guitar-based. Above all, Jared does not prefer to classify himself under a specific genre, but rather, focus on one specific aspect of the art — its musicality.
Jared has always loved singing Pop, Rock, and Country – among many others. Some influences include: Jason Mraz, Chris Cornell, Bon Jovi, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band.
He has studied and played many styles of music on guitar — including: Rock, Country, Jazz, Fusion, Metal, Spanish, and Acoustic. Some of his guitar influences include: Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, Dave Martone, Brad Paisley and Tommy Emmanuel.
Jared was born and raised in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He then moved to Nashville, Tennessee to get his Bachelors degree at Belmont University, and to pursue his dream of performing. His areas of focus included commercial music and music business.
